Shipping & Tracking

You can choose the shipping method you want on the Shipping page during the Checkout process. There are two main shipping methods to choose from:

• Expedited Shipping
  This shipping method is faster. Delivery times are between 3 - 6 working days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.
• Standard Shipping
  Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 15 working days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

Notice:

1. The information needed for shipping includes your full name, address and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE Address. While PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.
2. We will ship your wedding dress within 5 working days after finishing packing. And the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track on the specific website by yourself.
3. If problems occur during the shipping of your wedding dress, we will contact you by email to explain the details.
4. We are not responsible for custom taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.
